"Casso Blax is a young exciting hot prospect who stamped his name on the music scene with his debut single "Falling Star", which hit the Channel AKA Video Charts in June 08. Then he followed up with another smash hit called Hollywood featuring Stormin (N.A.S.T.Y) & Shimmer which also went to the channel AKA charts. To continue the success, in 2009, Casso released "Clocking my face" with its vibrant electro sound became another chart topper with a message which has spread across the country. The official 'Clocking my face' remix features 15 of the UK's hottest artists, including, Tneek, Double S, Black the Ripper, Teezy, Dot Rotten, G Frsh, Flirta D, Boya D, Saskilla, JMC, DNA, Twiss man and UK comedian Jazzie. Casso has also featured on TV programmes like 'Blow' and 'The illest
show' alongside artists such as Chipmunk, Wretch 32, DJ Cameo, Bashy,
Ruff Squad and many more. Casso is a very versatile artist with a high
work rate, working on several projects, has much material and can adapt
to any genre of music. Not only does Casso make songs but he also DJ's
Hip Hop and R&B at clubs occasionally. Casso is currently working
on several different projects with other UK artists such as Marvel,
Dot Rotten, Shimmer, Nu Brand Flexxx, Nasty crew, Rapid, Rudekid, Ozzie
B to name a few and is just finishing his debut album.
As well as rapping, freestyling, singing and producing, Casso has a strong
musical background and has earned a diploma in sound engineering which was
achieved in 2004 and a media technology degree which was achieved in 2009.
The passion for success drives him to keep doing it throughout all the hardship.
With this achieved, Casso has also started to direct music videos; the first
major project involved was the official 'Clocking my face' remix.
Having already released his first promo mixtape at Notting Hill carnival 2007
entitled 'The Outburst' a buzz was created.
